I'd just recommend using Pandora or Spotify online, they're not perfect but I've found a couple new bands through it by putting in Gaslight. The radio stations that play Gaslight are standard alternative rock(104.5 in Philly for example) and pretty much stick to billboard charts so you probably won't find anything new.

I pay for Sirius and hear them on Alt Nation and Faction. Marky Ramone played "Drive" once on his show and I was thrilled.

Not a station, but check out my band Morningside Lane - we'll be on tour beginning next week! Check us out!! We've drawn a lot of Gaslight comparisons.

I just use Spotify or iTunes.

I have only heard 59 sound and 45 on FM radio...
