Cheesecake sounds Good. Shame I decided to start a diet. cutting down to two meals a day, and just having One serving of whatever I eat....then keep track of all the calories,fat,sodium,etc....to do a 2,000 calorie diet.

The first time I made a souffle it deflated and looked terrible. I was not happy! But when I tried it again it was perfect. It was a chocolate souffle and one of the best desserts I ever made. I have no idea where the recipe is though! Rolling Eyes

What kind of party are you having? Would pizza be too casual?

Don't cut out meals, just eat smaller portions. Small, frequent meals that consist of healthy food will keep your metabolism up and give you energy to burn calories. If you skip meals your body will go into starvation mode and hang on to any extra fat, prohibiting weight loss. Jeez, I feel like a broken record here!

because of the time zone we're going to be up until 5 am (I KNOW) so I though to take them all out to eat and then make the dessert myself (I am clever Embarassed Razz ), they requested cheesecake so I am making that but I want to make something else like.. carrot cake? something that involves coffee just to keep us awake? scratch tea for everyone? scratch

How about scones? They go well with coffee or tea.

I thought of Dinner tonight. A serving of Mac and Cheese. Being it is Ash wednesday, I would rather eat vegetarian instead of Fish. I might throw in a Salad as well.
