Hey everyone! I been browsing the forums for some time and figured its time to finally join. I'm 23 and currently reside in Las Vegas, although originally from Long Island, NY.

I been a fan of TGA for years as well as their other works. I sadly have not got the chance to see TGA live but I have seen artists such as: Frank Turner, Dave Hause, Dallas Green, and Chuck Ragan!

My favorite tracks (Gaslight and Horrible Crowes) have to be Stay Lucky, Orphans, Boxer, Ladykiller, Sugar, and Joey

Oh it is. However, you don't have that same sound that you'll find in NY and NJ.. TGA has been a big influence in my work and what I do. To design something for a band I actually dig and grown fond of is a big difference than making money off a simple logo..

If I can get a job scouting talent for a record label, that would be the best job. Now Youtube takes that discovery away from us. Few hundred thousand hits later and your eventually signed, let alone paid by Youtube to keep the cover/originals coming.

Welcome, hope you decide to stick around, its slow right now, as you've already probably seen. But give it a few months and we'll be back at full force.

I don't know if your saying you hate or dislike youtube/internet for taking business. But alot of artists who were signed are going that independent route now. They also encourage the new generation to do the same. Because the record labels tend to take alot of money from the bands which is no longer neccissary because of the internet. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk, just understand your position. Very Happy

Read this at first as if you'd worked with TGA before Razz. Anyhoo welcome, and hope you stick around.
