Hi Phil!

I'm considering buying a new Vinyl player.
I'm looking between 60-90 dollars. (70 euro)

Any thoughts?

Already have a decent audio setup, just adding a vinyl player cause i'm starting to get obsessed!

Matt.

Matt.

Look up on amazon. You'll find decent ones at good prices. But 90$ is a bit low. I'd go for the Audio Technica LP60...

as much as i love vinyl, I've never played any of my Gaslight / Horrible crowes vinyls, I like the thought that they will always be prestine and never played :')

Ohwell, I rather like having my cd's worn out to the bone, but still working, makes me remember my young time when i'll be older, in 20 years or so Wink

That makes me want to rescue my parents' old stereo/turntable from the garage and see if it still sounds good. I think it's from '77 or '78.

It's sound soooo sexy! But, in combination with the old receiver and boxes makes it more sexy, I guess.

Nice room there Phil - wish I had the space to do something like that!

I've just put my hifi back together after a month in New Zealand, sounding incredible after listening to stuff via my phone.

My setup:
Krell KAV-300iL Amp
Sonus Faber Minima Vintage standmount speakers
Cyrus CD7Q CD Player
Technics mk5 1210 turntable with Michell Tecnoarm and Lyra Lydian cartridge
Aqvox Phono 2 CI Phonostage
Panasonic 50" plasma and Sony Blu-Ray

I'm hoping to get a couple of el jefe posters framed and up on the walls.

Amp:

Whole thing:

Turntable:

Cartridge/Arm:

My pride & joy:
