I'm only doing nine. I have 10 but I want to do nine geek

Would that have anything to do with the title of a popular Damien Rice album? Razz

I've been getting into Felice Brothers lately, but am in a bit of a dilemma. Felice Borthers and Lucero are playing at the same venue in a couple of months in the same weekend, but Dad says we can only go to one. I've already seen Lucero live recently but the opening band is also one of my favourite bands. So I don't know who to pick.

Oh yeah and Westfall by Okkervil River is one of my favourite songs.

I saw The Felice Bros maybe 5-6 years ago. Not a huge fan, but they were pretty fun live.

Well my Last.fm account currently tells me these are my top 10, but I wouldn't say that it's entirely accurate:

1. Bloc Party
2. The Gaslight Anthem
3. Rise Against
4. The Wonder Years
5. Foals
6. Radiohead
7. Death From Above 1979
8. Death Cab For Cutie
9. Does It Offend You, Yeah?
10. Arcade Fire

But then my Last.fm account really isn't a true indication of what I listen to and how much. I listen a shitload in my car as well as listening to vinyl.

IDK, the felice brother's aren't touring with simone anymore. So I can't answer that, I saw them with Bright Eyes a few years back and they were so much fun! but that new album freaking sucks!

Bruce Springsteen
Bob Dylan
The Replacements
Simon and Garfunkel

4. Elliott Smith
5. The Smiths (and Morrissey:s solo work of course)
6. The Gaslight Anthem

I don't agree with this honorable mention business. Theyre either in your top ten or theyre not.

1. Neil Young (particularly his work with Crazy Horse)
2. Gaslight Anthem
3. Ramones
4. The Replacements
5. Bob Dylan
6. Social Distortion
7. Pearl Jam
8. Bruce Springsteen

I feel like my "Top Five" has stayed more or less the same for quite a while, but the second half tends to change, with a few other bands occasionally rotating in and out (Sonic Youth, Meat Puppets, Dinosaur Jr, The Stooges, any of Jack White's projects)
