I've been listening to Rain Dogs non-stop recently, I'm convinced TGA could do a brilliant spin on this, my fave Tom Waits btw!

I like your thinking. I think that if they did, they should cover Bruce Springsteen's 'She's The One'

I was thinking Brian and Tegan do 'Leather and Lace' by Stevie Nicks and Don Henely

Dear Father Christmas;

The Cure - Cut here
Cold War Kids - Hang me out to dry
Joe Strummer Coma Girl (surely Brian knows how to play it already!)
Brian to do Time will tell with Dave Hause
Springsteens 4th of July
Cohn Walking in Memphis would be amazing too

Any of those would be ace and I've been good this year

You are not the only one who listened to 'Train' on 'Dogs' and thought that!

American Mary by The National would be really cool. I can really see how that would fit Brian's voice.

The Loved Ones have a great version of this if you haven't seen it.

Also to everybody saying "Downtown Train," I think they've worked that in with Angry Johnny before.

Don't know which part of my quote you're referring to, so....

Loved Ones - "Coma Girl"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Tz8lEGw_5Y

Angry Johnny w/ Downtown Train and What Becomes of the Broken Hearted
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLJHPFvJr8Y

That's probably my favorite live Gaslight video I've ever seen. You should really watch the whole thing but if you're lazy go to about 3:45.

I'd love to see/hear them play Cowboy Song by Thin Lizzy. I think the vocals of this song would be perfect for Brian's voice and there's some really good guitar solos in it too.

I think Brian's voice would suit a lot of Lizzy tunes, would love to hear a Gaslight spin on Wild One or Miss Lonely Hearts.
His cover of Whiskey in the Jar is pretty sweet!

Don't know if im just hoping that the guys will cover all my fave songs or not haha
